Note that the early bird rates apply for which we receive proof of payment received on or before June 10th. This early bird deadline has been extended by two days over previous announcements, so that participants still have the full working week of June 6th-June 10th to register. All rates include:
- Registration for the symposium
- One copy of the Conference Proceedings (students only receive an electronic copy)
- Lunch and coffee breaks
- Welcome reception
- Conference dinner (extra tickets can be purchased at 1000 CZK each)
- Conference bag
Payment information
After you've registered, the next step is to pay the registration fees. All payments should be realized before the conference to guarantee all conference services. Payments cannot be accepted at the registration desk. The fees are to be paid in Czech Crowns (CZK) only. All payments can be made by a credit card (mail order) or via bank transfer.
If you choose the credit card payment, please print and fill out the Payment Form (doc | pdf) and fax it to +420 221 914 309. Accepted cards include VISA and EuroCard/MasterCard; American Express cards are not accepted.
If you choose the bank tranfer, please make sure it is made net of all bank charges and commissions. Please note that to process the transfer correctly you have to include all of the following identification items and indicate obtained variable symbol obtained from the registration or the name of participant(s) in the comment.

A confirmation of receiving your payment will be sent to you by e-mail. A signed receipt will be ready for you at the registration desk.
Cancellation Policy
85% of the registration fee will be refunded for all cancellations requested before June 15th, 2011. On and after that date no refund of the registration fee will be provided.
